The Skin Barrier
Share
The skin consists of several layers. The very top layer, the stratum corneum, consists of many small skin cells. These skin cells form the skin barrier.
Its task is to block out air pollution, dirt and bad bacteria and lock in moisture in the skin.
Excessive or too harsh cleansing, exfoliation, dry air or weather changes can break down the skin barrier, resulting in irritated and stressed skin.
All facing north products protect the skin's own protection and help the skin's barrier with the help of oils, good bacteria and a natural and gentle preservative.
Take care of yourself!
